With more than 25 years of non-profit leadership and development experience, Rob Cooper brings expertise in non-profit organizations – from strategic planning and board development to personnel, budgeting and front-line fundraising. His leadership roles include some of the country’s premier public institutions, including the University of Georgia (UGA) and the University of Maryland. Rob has also served as executive director at major foundations such as Future Farmers of America (FFA), National 4-H Council and Maryland 4-H Foundation.
Along with expertise in fundraising, Rob has extensive experience leading non-profits. This leadership background, along with his appreciation for collaboration in large, complex organizations, make Rob especially qualified to assist CDCB as it seeks to increase capacity to serve customers, stakeholders and dairy producers.
A dedicated community volunteer, Rob has served in various roles for his local Rotary Club, United Way and scouting organizations.
