Maggie Tetlak

Data Support Specialist

Maggie joined CDCB as Data Support Specialist in August 2026. Her passion for agriculture began in high school when she became involved with FFA and went on to participate in her chapter’s leadership along with regional and state competitions. During her time at North Carolina State University, she participated in Collegiate FFA and Agriculture Future of America, serving as a campus ambassador her senior year. She spent several summers working at a local farm stand, selling produce and more at the farm and local markets.

Maggie’s previous work experience covers agriculture and consumer goods SaaS, having served in roles including data operations supporting agricultural and turf and ornamental chemical companies as well as project management in learning and development. In the latter role, she focused on using data to improve employee engagement, career development, and identify areas for process improvement.

Outside of work, Maggie loves spending time at the beach, hanging out with family, friends, and her two dogs, reading, listening to music, and crafting. As the child of two public school teachers, she is a believer in lifelong learning and is always ready to experience something new.
