Kat Buchholz joined CDCB full-time in February 2025 after consulting on projects in 2024. Kat is a business leader with over 20 years of experience spanning software strategy, marketing, sales, and operations across multiple sectors including Agriculture, Finance, Government, and Communications. Drawing from a diverse background across startups, growth companies, and enterprises, Kat has deep expertise in developing strategies that drive towards achieving key business objectives, leveraging both macro industry perspectives and micro business challenges to help align the Company Vision with measurable business outcomes.

Kat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and several professional certificates including Artificial Intelligence.
