Pavan joined CDCB as Technical Project Manager in June 2026. He brings over 15 years of experience leading enterprise SaaS and cloud-native platform delivery, with deep expertise managing cross-functional engineering programs in regulated, data-intensive environments including healthcare and clinical research. Skilled in roadmap planning, backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation, Pavan has a consistent track record of delivering complex, multi-team programs on time and within scope.

Pavan holds a master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, providing a strong foundation in both systems thinking and large-scale technical delivery.
