Tasmia Haider

Tasmia joined CDCB as the Head of Software Quality Assurance (QA) in June 2025. She has over 20 years of experience in quality assurance/engineering, with expertise in building and scaling QA teams across various domains, including clinical research, and across a wide range of technologies, such as web, client, and mobile applications and server-side systems. Driven by a strong focus on enhancing software quality through strategic leadership and technical expertise, Tasmia delivers measurable product improvements for critical projects by implementing robust testing strategies, automation, and process optimization.

Tasmia holds a master’s degree in Software Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management and Biological Science, providing a strong foundation in both the technical and organizational dimensions of software quality assurance, supported by academic studies in genetics.
