Tinita Bethea

Tinita joined CDCB in January 2026, bringing to the team a master’s degree in organizational management and more than 20 years of experience supporting senior executives and boards as an executive assistant, operations manager, and chief of staff. She has extensive expertise in executive operations, governance support, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination.

Tinita is motivated by mission-driven work and looks forward to supporting CDCB’s leadership and stakeholders in advancing data integrity, innovation, and impact across the dairy industry. Her discretion, operational discipline, and collaborative approach will strengthen CDCB’s commitment to organizational excellence.
