Lauren Thomas joined CDCB in March 2020. As Data Specialist, Lauren works closely with scientists and data analysts to automate data processing and optimize procedures. Lauren prepared for the role at CDCB through various coursework in data science and experience as a teaching aid in an SQL class at the University of Maryland. She enjoys hiking and exercising.
